Overview
Cabin Corpse is a 3D horror adventure for players who want a slow-burn mystery wrapped around adult content. The tone leans unsettling and atmospheric rather than lighthearted.
Story
A man wakes near an isolated cabin with no memory of himself, drawn there by hallucinations and voices he cannot explain. Inside, he meets the house's other occupants and slowly realizes their calm surface hides something wrong. Piecing together what happened means learning who these people really are, and deciding what to do with that knowledge.
Gameplay
Progress comes from talking to the cabin's occupants, building trust or working against them, and following clues that reveal the house's secrets. Choices shape how relationships develop and how much control the protagonist gains over the people around him. Occasional mini-games and interactive sequences break up the dialogue-driven exploration.
Features
- 3D character models with animated scenes
- Branching relationships that shift between trust, manipulation, and control
- A horror-tinged setting where corruption and voyeurism run through the story
Installation
1- Extract to desired location. 2- Double-click on "Cabin Corpse VN.exe" to start playing.
Changelog
v0.6.11
- Added animations to the Evelyn and Charlie scene. You know the ones.
- Some typo fixes
v0.6.1
- Added new main story content for several characters
- Reconstructed Charlie's Electric Power Plant quest. You weren't supposed to gain access to that before completing Michael's quests. You'll have to redo the power outage mission because of this change.
- I got rid of the persuasion stat. The intelligence stat will be used in its place
- Added an activity you can use to increase intelligence stat, which will come in handy for this update. Speak to Connor to unlock it.
- Added some missing localization texts
- Made some upgrades to the character activity system in the game. It's when you trigger a dialogue with the sole purpose of increasing your relationships with characters. It had to be done because of Christine's new 'extra' activities
- A lot of miscellaneous stuff that would take forever to list down, and I'm too tired for that
