Forbidden Trials is a 3DCG adult visual novel for players who like reality-show drama with a voyeuristic edge. The tone leans tense and uncomfortable rather than lighthearted, with temptation always close at hand.

Story

Milo works a dead-end job while trying to support his struggling mother, so when he and Nina are picked for a reality show with a large cash prize, it looks like a way out. Once filming starts, the show reveals itself as a setup built around pressure and temptation, and as new contestants join, the relationships Milo and Nina brought with them start to bend and break under the cameras.

Gameplay

Players guide Milo through the show's episodes, making choices that shape how contestants and relationships develop over time. Early decisions, like defining what Nina is to Milo at the start, carry forward and change how later scenes and character reactions play out. The point-and-click structure moves between story scenes and side interactions, with branching paths leading toward different endings.
