Oath of Fallen

Oath of Fallen is a 2D adventure for players who want a darker fantasy world with a female lead facing corruption and rigid moral order. The tone is grim and unforgiving, with little room for comfort.

Story

Vesperine, adopted daughter of a hunter in a remote village, is drawn into the collapse of a peaceful land ruled by the Cult of Light. As demons and corruption spread through territory once thought safe, she must navigate a society built on strict dogma that punishes anything it deems impure. Her journey becomes a test of whether she can keep her own principles intact or whether the world will force her to bend.

Gameplay

Players guide Vesperine through a sandbox world, exploring locations, taking on encounters, and making choices that shape how she responds to the Cult's judgment and the creatures corrupting the land. Combat and exploration mix with monster and demon encounters, some of which turn hostile or predatory, tying into the game's RPG-style progression. Dialogue and decision points let players lean into defiance, compliance, or something in between as the story unfolds.
