Overview
The Curse of Something is a text-based furry RPG for players who want a lighthearted take on transformation and body-growth fantasy. It stays playful and casual rather than heavy or dramatic.
Story
A curse afflicts the protagonist, pushing his body toward one of two extremes: growing enormously fat or ultra buff. What follows plays out through exploration and encounters rather than a fixed plot, as the character learns to live with the change.
Gameplay
Players create and shape their character, then head into the woods to face monsters, choosing whether to fight them in turn-based combat or approach them for conversation and closer encounters. Sandbox-style exploration mixes with text-driven interactions, letting each session lean toward combat, socializing, or something more intimate depending on the player's mood.

- New Enemy! The Bodybuilder Horse:
- Find Him in the upgraded section of the Gym
- He’s got a competition coming up but he’s been slacking. He’s hoping to use the Gym’s special protein bars to get bigger quickly.
- When you first see him, he’ll be arguing with the Gym’s receptionist. This will result in the Horse being cursed the next day (If you are in any curse other than the Curse of Manliness)
- The effects of this curse make it so that his protein bars will make him gain a bunch of weight. Normally he’d be able to work off extra fat easily, but now it will be impossible - the only exception is if he gets someone to suck his dick, which will transfer all of his fat to them.
- There is an idol at the Gym that is responsible for the curse. It can be taken to the Temple to remove the curse, or you can take it to the Underpass to increase the effects of the curse.
