Tsunade's Scroll is a 2D animated parody adventure for players who enjoy sandbox-style adult games with a mischievous, tongue-in-cheek tone. It leans into exaggeration and comic villainy rather than any serious drama.

Story

A shape-shifting mastermind takes over a hidden village by posing as one of its own respected figures, using the disguise to seize control from within. Rather than destroy the village outright, he sets a long-game scheme in motion built around manipulating its young fighters for his own twisted purposes.

Gameplay

Play unfolds through point-and-click exploration of the village, where you guide the disguised protagonist through different characters and situations tied to his scheme. Each storyline plays out as its own short branch, letting you check in on different kunoichi and their escalating scenes, with teasing and groping-style interactions building toward each branch's current endpoint.
